Return Policy:

RETURNS WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS :
1. Returns are accepted for non-sale items, if requested within 7 (seven) days of the date that you received the goods, and will be accepted in that period for goods in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

***Non-returnable merchandise include: Final sale products, face masks, face shields, jewelries, pantyhose/socks, Bodysuits and other accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Shoehandy.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Shoehandy.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

7. Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team immediately via email. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

US Orders:
1. USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days.
2. Priority 4-5 business days

3. Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days).

International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
